The Role Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst - Benefits to join our client on a short temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 6 months. The role is to provide guidance and expert advice for People Business Partners and line managers on global benefits across the organisation through the effective application of benefit data, policies, and processes. Key Responsibilities Plan for and execute effective reward processes globally, with a comprehensive audit trail and continuous improvement. Support the delivery of global benefits and global mobility activities, including projects as required. Deliver and plan for changes and improvements in global benefits strategy through a deep understanding of the current and future business drivers. Analysis and manipulation of data using Excel. Provide guidance and intelligence on key trends identified in data analysis and recommend appropriate actions. Production of management reports, charts, and graphs for presentation to managers. Manage key relationships with external providers and advisors. Work with benefits brokers and insurance providers leading the benefit renewal and review processes. Research global market information – industry practices and publications, benchmarking data, advising the Reward Manager of findings and options for change. Monitor government regulations, legislation, and trends globally. Provide governance support to Committees where required. Develop effective and engaging communications on reward built around a strategy of total reward, translating technical information to non-technical customers clearly and concisely. Support and deliver on the review and appointment of new providers and suppliers globally as required. Skills and Qualifications: Experience of Global Mobility. Experience of Reward policies and processes. Experience of managing international benefit renewals. Experience of People policies. Expert level skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent numeracy and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality of output. Initiative, flexibility, and judgment in identifying the most appropriate ways of working. Mature and balanced understanding of the internal and external constraints and the business context in which it needs to be applied. Capable of handling highly sensitive and confidential information. Effective in Relationship Management. Able to use discretion effectively while maintaining the required position of the Reward and People function, including delivering difficult messages as necessary. Previous experience of benefits.
