Responsibilities:
Develop and manage technical aspects of the product line, providing expert support and guiding design and conceptual development.
Design commercially viable sealing solutions (experience in seals or similar mechanical products is beneficial).
Provide technical support and training for internal teams, including Sales and Application Engineers.
Lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals, and manage customer-facing activities such as presentations and site visits.
Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities including trade shows and advertisement design.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven capability in technical problem-solving and new product development.
Background in mechanical product engineering; experience in the sealing industry, Oil & Gas, Food Processing, Automotive, Aerospace, Compressors, or related industries is beneficial.
