Join a growing team near Blackburn and make a difference in keeping essential equipment running smoothly. Your Role

As an Agricultural Equipment Mechanic, you'll: Maintain & Repair Equipment:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and replace parts as needed. Handle Mechanical & Electrical Work:

Adjust and repair both mechanical and electrical components of grounds equipment. Inventory Management:

Track parts, supplies, and tools to ensure everything is ready when needed. Operate Equipment:

Use a variety of tools and equipment related to grounds maintenance. Ensure Safety & Cleanliness:

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work space. Document Work:

Keep records of maintenance and repair activities for future reference. What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have: Experience & Qualifications:

Proven skills in maintaining and repairing agricultural or plant machinery. Technical Expertise:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. Organisational Skills:

Highly organised with the ability to manage your own workload. Safety Knowledge:

Familiarity with safety protocols for equipment maintenance. Customer Service Skills:

Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members. Driving License:

A full, clean driving license is required. What You Bring

Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical problems. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. A proactive attitude and dedication to quality work.
