Brand Specialist/Graphic Designer

£30,000 - £35,000

depending on your experience, along with an annual company bonus scheme. Working Monday to Friday. Hybrid working with 2 days in our Nottingham Office and 3 days at home. And many more! Key Responsibilities Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a key part of the role allowing you to utilise, source and share information with all stakeholders. Deliver consistent, high-quality

graphic design

support throughout the business including online and offline channels. Work alongside our Marketing team and other departments to produce, manage & review brand campaigns that ensure the correct customers & businesses are targeted, with clear, fair & not misleading advertising. Creating and managing

brand consistency

across all channels and touchpoints. For example: Promotional items Stationery Documentation – such as presentations Templates Developing and implementing a

brand strategy

to strengthen our identity, create a connection with our audience and help us to attract more customers. Bring new ideas to the business and marketing team and manage

design projects

from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct

audience research

and create detailed

customer personas . Enhance

user experience (UX)

through thoughtful and innovative design. Essential Skills & Experience 3+ years of brand development

experience. 3+ years of graphic design experience. Experience working in a fast-paced,

busy marketing department . Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Strong

project management

skills with the ability to implement effective design processes. Desirable Skills Experience of

enabling team members to create their own design. Experience in UX design and

persona creation . Ability to

prioritise tasks

and manage multiple projects simultaneously. B2B/B2C

experience. A

dynamic and creative

marketer that is looking to develop a brand. The ability to give specific feedback and take on board

feedback , with a view to implementing this where applicable and for the greater good of the customer. An

ability to understand first-party data and third-party sources. Soft Skills Our culture which is centred around our principles ‘people, service, profit’ is crucial to our business.
