As a Health Care Support Worker, you'll be a vital member of our dedicated team, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with their daily needs and activities, promoting comfort and dignity. Collaborating with nurses and medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming ward environment.
