We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident level 3 qualified practitioner to join our established team at our Harpers Lane setting, based in the centre of Chorley.
Duties
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for young children Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and rest periods Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a positive learning environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials Requirements
Minimum of a Btec national diploma or equivalent in Childcare Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children Exciting Work Incentives:
