Minimum of a Btec national diploma or equivalent in Childcare Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all children Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children Exciting Work Incentives:
