Your experience: While recruitment experience is advantageous, we actually prefer candidates that we can train our way, so a “blank canvas” is the easiest way to do that. We look for these skills: Punctual. Highly Organized. Driven to be successful (financially, career-driven). Strong communication (written and verbal). Ambitious - You can earn commission quickly if you put your mind to it (You are in control of your own paycheck). Tech Savvy - this is nice to have but an interest in the Tech industry will only help you succeed further. Ideal Background: We are very open about what industries you have worked at before; in fact, you could be looking for your first role after finishing college or University.
