Our client is looking to recruit several call centre advisors to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Your day-to-day role will include:
Handling inbound calls from existing customers.
Working towards personal and team targets on a daily and weekly basis.
Providing excellent customer service by tailoring your conversation to promote our excellent products.
Being comfortable handling customer queries and focusing on providing the best solution to them.
Skills we’re looking for:
You may possess transferable skills gained in previous roles such as retail, hospitality, or care, or this may be your first full-time role - all you need is the willingness to succeed.
Someone who is eager to learn!
Hardworking and committed to delivering the very best.
No previous call centre experience is needed as full training is provided.
Phone handling or customer interaction experience is beneficial.
