Identify opportunities to upsell additional features, services, or training related to Bitrix24 and Omnie AI. Collaborate with the sales team to expand service offerings within existing accounts. Product Expertise and Training:
Gain in-depth knowledge of Bitrix24 and Omnie AI to provide expert guidance to clients. Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to product teams to inform future development. Market Insights:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regional business landscapes to inform client strategies. Key Requirements Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software or technology sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and AI-driven tools. Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks across multiple time zones. Flexibility to travel occasionally to meet with clients within the EMEA and US regions. Working Environment Office-based role (4 days per week) at our central York office.
