Role Responsibilities:
Explore and develop new business opportunities
Manage and maintain excellent relationships with existing key account portfolio
Support customers on a day to day basis, working with other teams to ensure first class service is provided
Promote the Carrier Way and display key attributes
Drive sales performance to meet SIC targets
Ensure NPS scores are in line with target
Role Purpose:
Manage a defined portfolio of key accounts - primarily located in the South West region
Support Key Account team to meet targets
Develop and support special projects e.g. electrification
Minimum Requirements:
Several years industry experience
Technical background within transport refrigeration would be a bonus
Willingness to travel and stay out overnight
Full UK driving licence
