EICR Test Electrician
This role will require occasional working away and an enhanced DBS.
We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Electrical Technician.
Duties will primarily be focused upon Electrical Installation Condition Reporting, with an aim to carry out quoted EICR remedial works as required also.
In addition to the primary focus, flexibility is a key attribute within our organisation and duties may include carrying out maintenance (statutory and otherwise), servicing, and reactive breakdown repair to the building assets and services. The successful candidate will be a time-served electrical engineer and will have at least 5 years of experience within the field.
This position will predominantly be a mobile role covering contracted client sites within the region; however, it may be required that cover and attendance to additional contracts is also needed at times.
The successful candidate will need to be an Electrical Engineer who is able to carry out EICRs. Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.

Essential Experience
Experienced in general building PPM schedules and reactive works
Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) within commercial, industrial, and domestic settings
Mitigation of any risks that may arise from the non-completion of statutory tasks
Statutory electrical maintenance and servicing
Ensuring safe site working practices and procedures
Provide technical and clear reporting
Ensure Planned and reactive tasks are completed in a timely and compliant manner
Work in partnership with the Service Desk Administration team to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience in supporting a diverse, technical multi-skilled team
Must work well within a team and support other engineers while able to make decisions based upon own knowledge and initiative
Possess detailed working knowledge of current H&S Legislation
Must hold current & relevant Engineering qualification

Inspection and testing 2391-52
City & Guilds L2 Electrical Installation
City & Guilds H&S Electrical Principles
National Vocational Qualification, Level 3
18th Edition Qualified
Full Driving license
