Renowned for their expertise in Logistics, Industrial, and Warehouse projects, as well as their work in Education and Commercial sectors, they deliver schemes ranging from GBP50,000 to GBP150 million in value.
With a strong presence across the Northwest, they have built an excellent reputation and are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with JCT Design and Build experience to strengthen their team and contribute to their impressive portfolio of projects.
About the Role
This role has a specific focus on Logistics, Industrial, and Warehouse developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cost management services and ensuring the smooth progression of high-value, fast-paced projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Estimating and Cost Planning
Procurement Advice
Acting as Employer s Agent
Preparing and reporting on Tender Documents
Contract Administration and Cost Control
Conducting Interim Valuations and preparing Cost Reports
Advising on Contracts and Disputes
Final Account Preparation
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
A
Degree in Quantity Surveying Experience with JCT Design and Build contracts A strong understanding of Logistics, Industrial, and Warehouse projects A passion for Quantity Surveying and the construction industry A full driving licence and access to a car (preferred for site visits and external meetings) What s on Offer?
