At Odd Muse London, the Head of Buying & Design will drive our vision of delivering elevated, accessible luxury products. This key leadership role involves overseeing our Buying, Design, and Production teams, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional product strategy. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will combine creative innovation, commercial acumen, and strategic leadership to define the future of Odd Muse as a global brand. With a focus on quality, design excellence, and customer-centricity, you will set ambitious goals and foster collaboration to create a world-class product offering. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking product strategy that establishes Odd Muse as a leader in accessible luxury, delivering exceptional design and value to our customers. Leading the introduction of new product categories, carving out all new opportunities and curating a 5-year product plan. Commercial Growth: Oversee the creation of a commercially successful product line, driving innovation while aligning with both short- and long-term growth and sustainability goals. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards across all product categories. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and preferences in all decision-making, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and desirable. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with the wider management team to shape and execute the broader strategy of the company, delivering outstanding seasonal collections. Market Analysis: Utilize industry trends and customer insights to guide product development and maintain an elevated, competitive portfolio.
