Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking product strategy that establishes Odd Muse as a leader in accessible luxury, delivering exceptional design and value to our customers. Leading the introduction of new product categories, carving out all new opportunities and curating a 5-year product plan. Commercial Growth: Oversee the creation of a commercially successful product line, driving innovation while aligning with both short- and long-term growth and sustainability goals. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining the highest quality standards across all product categories. Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and preferences in all decision-making, ensuring our offerings remain relevant and desirable. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with the wider management team to shape and execute the broader strategy of the company, delivering outstanding seasonal collections. Market Analysis: Utilize industry trends and customer insights to guide product development and maintain an elevated, competitive portfolio. Team Leadership: Inspire and empower Buying, Design, and Production leaders to deliver on the product vision, fostering creativity and excellence. Talent Development: Cultivate a positive, inclusive environment where team members are motivated and supported to grow in their roles. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Product/Buying Director or similar strategic role within the global fashion industry. Strong ability to inspire and lead diverse creative teams. Expertise in combining creative vision with commercial strategy. Deep understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviour. Exceptional strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for accessible luxury and innovation.
