The team handles a wide range of significant tax issues, including cross-border tax controversies, transfer pricing, competent authority matters, and the resolution of disputes arising from global and regional business transactions. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their Corporate Tax team. The ideal candidate will have: 3 to 4 years' relevant post-qualification experience
in a top-tier practice within the England and Wales market or a similar common law jurisdiction. Broad corporate tax experience , particularly with a focus on tax controversy in corporate relationships. A
self-reliant and proactive approach
to client servicing. Excellent written communication and drafting skills , coupled with technical and commercial creativity. A
strong academic record
demonstrating high achievement.
