Rotating Panama Shift Pattern (06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00) Are you an experienced engineer who has led a team? My client, a large leading FMCG Manufacturer, is looking to add an Engineering Team Leader to their Engineering department and contribute to their success. Key Responsibilities: Supervise shift engineers, allocate tasks and support their development through performance reviews and mentoring. Quickly prioritise and resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly and safely. Maintain high standards in Health & Safety, food hygiene and good manufacturing practices. Collaborate with the Engineering Planner to enhance planned maintenance schedules, reduce downtime and improve equipment efficiency. Ensure effective handovers between shifts, maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to production teams. Meet key performance indicators by reducing breakdowns, improving machine efficiency and achieving maintenance goals. About You: Strong engineering background within an FMCG environment, with supervisory experience. HNC, NVQ Level or higher in Engineering. Excellent communication, IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a proactive problem-solver. Self-motivated, able to inspire and guide a team to deliver their best performance.
