True is collaborating with a dynamic construction consultancy specialising in sustainability and building services. They design innovative, flexible, and energy-efficient solutions for hospitals, schools, universities, public buildings, as well as commercial and industrial projects across the UK. With five offices across the South and a team of over 80 professionals, the business is expanding its teams due to a surge of new and exciting projects.
Recently, they've secured places on several of the UK's major frameworks, allowing them to assist Local Authorities, Developers and the MOD in achieving carbon net zero. The business are extremely keen on promoting from within. The goal is for the individual to progress into a Senior position, with opportunities to lead their own projects and engage more with the client side of the business.
They are looking for motivated Intermediate Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineers with 1 to 3 years of experience in Building Services, Energy, Decarbonisation, sustainability, or a Mechanical Consultancy / Contracting background. The ideal candidate will have experience designing heating and mechanical systems within the commercial and residential sectors. You should be capable of managing your workload independently and demonstrate a strong desire to advance into Senior Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineer or management roles in the near future. The company offers flexibility to its employees in terms of work location, whether from home or the office.
