Interim Change Lead - Day Rate (Outside IR35) We're currently working with a leading Retailer in their search for an Interim Change Lead. The role will run for an initial 12 month period and be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week in the London office. Our client is currently going through a large period of Transformation, with 45 projects across 4 main initiatives within the business. They're looking for this person to lead change management activities across the organisation, ensuring that the change is being manage effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have: A background in Retail or E-commerce Effectively managed change across the breadth of an organisation Exceptional stakeholder management skills A hands on approach to change management This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading organisation during an exciting period of transformation.
