We have an exciting opportunity in our Prep School looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Head of Faculty STEAM.

Key responsibilities (See attached Job Pack for full details):

In addition to the general responsibilities defined by the Head, the Head of Faculty has a number of management responsibilities relating to the co-ordination of subjects and promotion of the subjects within the faculty’s remit, their importance, and the value that those subjects bring across the school:

Development planning and policies Leading the curriculum Teaching and learning Staffing Professional learning Meetings and information Assessment and monitoring Timetable and setting Enrichment and special activities External relations and partnerships What we are looking for:

Essential: Good level degree in directly related subject 3 A-Levels, IB or equivalent 5+ GCSE A*-C (English and Maths essential) or equivalent Recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE Experienced people manager Desirable: Experience managing and leading groups of students/young people. Experience producing teaching materials. Aware of Safeguarding requirements and good practice within an educational setting. Applications:
