Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment. Background in a service-focused business. Experience in managing sales and service targets, as well as influencing key performance indicators (KPIs). Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation. Benefits:
