Business Support Officer

to provide exceptional administrative support to our Senior Management Team, with a strong focus on quality audits and effective meeting management. Candidates must have work authorization in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this role. Key Responsibilities: Delivering administrative support to the SMT to facilitate efficient service delivery. Managing documentation, records, and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality. Assisting with HR tasks. Assisting with quality audits to ensure compliance with organisational standards and regulations. Coordinating meetings, schedules, and both internal and external communications. Coordinating travel arrangements for the team. Supporting compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Handling phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Taking minutes during meetings and distributing them as required. Acting as the first point of contact for customer support. Managing office supplies, inventory, and maintaining a tidy office environment. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Scanning, copying, and archiving documents. Providing support with various administrative tasks as needed. Providing support with marketing such as emails and social media content. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Management is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools. Ability to conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with high standards. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Be non-judgemental, forward-thinking, and passionate about mental health. Possess empathy, reliability, and trustworthiness, demonstrating patience and positivity for residents.
