About our Client
My client is a Building envelope specialist roofing & cladding sub-contractor who works in the new build market. They work on projects up to 4 million in value. They have an excellent reputation within this sector and are actively looking for a Planner to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Organise and keep the warehouse tidy on a day-to-day basis with continuous improvements to standards.
Hard metal and flat roofing stock control.
COSHH awareness, safe storage, and disposal.
Organise metal recycling.
Manage PPE stock.
Receive deliveries.
Organise material to go out with drivers.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
Using forklift/hand pallet truck/load gate including daily/weekly checks.
Back up drivers by helping with deliveries when needed.
