The Ecommerce Manager Europe and APAC fills a critical role in the Direct to Consumer, Global Ecommerce organization, assuming responsibility for strategic management and day-to-day operations of the digital commerce business in these regions. It’s your goal to make it easy to do business with Bose and to ensure that consumer expectations as well as revenue commitments are met. As the Ecommerce Manager, Europe and APAC you will be partnering with the Director Global Ecommerce to establish the business strategy, the financials, and the OKRs and then driving execution. You will help define the digital capability roadmap to enhance customer experiences and
optimize online sales . Your collaboration with other channels and functions is crucial to develop Bose.xx websites as an attractive channel to purchase from, with relevant multi-channel capabilities that enable the customer to experience and purchase Bose how and where they want. Achieve financial goals and OKRs Establish and drive execution of key business initiatives Ensure digital commerce supports the growth objectives of Global Ecommerce Organization Collaborate with regional markets to ensure digital commerce supports their growth objectives, and that the content is appropriately tailored to local needs Collaborate with other channels and functions to build relevant Omni-channel capabilities and experiences Collaborate with the Social Media and Digital Performance marketing teams to coordinate and elevate Bose visibility and sales effectiveness in the digital channels Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to enable a world-class, digital and assisted service/support experience across digital channels Grow employee and Partner sales through our digital affiliate programs Manage and coach your direct reports to develop and help them reach their fullest potential Be the first point of contact for regional Digital Sales matters (e.g., policy) Skills
The ideal, performance-driven candidate will have proven leadership skills and business acumen 8 - 10 years of Ecommerce and/or Digital Marketing experience managing a P&L Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with other leaders and teams High level of comfort to deal with unanticipated changes of direction (adaptability) Respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement, solid management skills Self-motivated and strong attention to detail Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills required Demonstrates a keen desire to continually learn and grow - motivated by success and a customer-centric mindset Experience / Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus Over 5 years' experience in the digital industry, covering key aspects of technology, e and m-commerce and digital marketing Experience in working in an international business environment Experience in driving integrated digital strategy and capability development Experience in a fast-paced, multichannel retail environment Passion for innovation and creative thinking, relentless drive to deliver tangible business results Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional project teams In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce, digital channel and marketing concepts, platforms, tactics and technologies Demonstrated success working in matrix organizations, agile groups; ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage ambiguity Finely honed interpersonal skills: proven ability to successfully engage and influence director-level decision making Location Requirements
This is a London, UK position with 10% travel
