The Role: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the proactive service and maintenance of customer equipment, including revolving doors and security barriers. The role involves attending various sites to assess and complete necessary work in a timely manner. You will establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers while promoting Boon Edam's products and services. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with a technical mindset and adherence to health & safety guidelines. This remote role requires flexibility, including occasional overnight stays and weekend standby for callouts. Candidates must be based in East or West London or surrounding areas and hold a full, clean driving licence. What skills and experience are necessary to perform this role?
