THE ROLE: The appointed candidate will handle a diverse caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work for a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds, and banks. You will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional, finance, and corporate governance documents, along with supporting the firm’s wider business development efforts by actively developing and building your own client base.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are open to candidates with at least 3 years PQE experience in corporate finance and practice, gained in either private practice or in-house roles.
