Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 4:30
Overview: Temporary Resident Liaison Officer - TXM Recruit is currently looking for a temporary Resident Liaison Officer to join a Property Services company within their decarbonisation team in the Chester area.
Responsibilities:
Provide crucial communication between customers, staff, and clients to ensure all work is carried out. Deliver pre-work notifications. Manage appointments. Conduct customer surveys (door-to-door and phone). Assist with administration and schedule works.
Position Details: This position has an immediate start and will run until April 2025 - this role can lead to a permanent position depending on performance. This Resident Liaison Officer role offers £16/£17 per hour (Umbrella) and mileage is paid for.
Requirements: To be successful for this Resident Liaison Officer role you must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role and have a full UK driving licence.
