Accounts Receivable Clerk

to join our client’s finance team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage Payments:

Efficiently process and manage incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in the accounts receivable ledger. Invoice Handling:

Generate and dispatch invoices to clients promptly, maintaining a smooth billing process. Account Reconciliation:

Conduct diligent follow-ups on overdue accounts and actively engage in resolving payment issues to ensure timely collections. Client Communication:

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding payment details and terms. Financial Transactions:

Handle credit memos, adjustments, and other necessary financial transactions with precision. Record Keeping:

Prepare bank deposits and assist in the reconciliation of financial records, keeping accurate and comprehensive records and reports related to accounts receivable. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven Experience:

Demonstrable experience in an Accounts Receivable role or a similar capacity. Accounting Knowledge:

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in financial reporting. Technical Skills:

Familiarity with accounting software and strong capabilities in MS Office, especially Excel. Organisational Skills:

Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining professional client relationships. Attention to Detail:

Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high accuracy levels. Team Collaboration:

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting. Location:
