Develop manufacturing processes to optimise output and efficiency. Generate and implement engineering solutions to take products from development to full production. Support key business projects. Introduce creative quality improvements to achieve ‘Right First Time’ standards. Investigate and evaluate test equipment improvements resulting in an increase in test equipment reliability or efficiency. Resolve manufacturing problems in a timely manner. Design and develop solutions to maximize production efficiency. Review processes to seek opportunities to implement automation. Working towards a minimum of a 2:1 in Mechanical Engineering. Geographically available to attend on site. Confidence to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a multidisciplinary team.
