You will be mentoring, coaching, and involved in the onboarding of new employees, leading the growing team all within a clean and safe working environment.

Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 12 within semiconductor production Using QMS to ensure ISO standards are adhered to and improving efficiencies Conducting appraisals and onboarding new staff Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm
