PROJECT MANAGER - Commercial
Up to £48,000 per annum + excellent benefits + car

As the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the construction industry, spearheading projects from end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-project evaluation. Key responsibilities
Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out projects. Manage both in-house labour and a pool of trusted subcontractors to achieve high-quality results. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all their needs are met and maintaining strong, professional relationships. Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery within set timelines and budgets. Create, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly. Manage budgets, monitor project costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved while maintaining value for clients. Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and aligns with design specifications, client expectations, and company values. Address any challenges effectively and efficiently, demonstrating excellent decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
Qualification and Experience Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes from start to finish. Expertise in procuring materials, tendering, and value engineering. In-depth understanding of relevant HSE procedures and policies. Health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or SMSTS are highly desirable. Experience in valuations, invoicing, costing, and issuing variations during projects, while maintaining and tracking margins.
