Manage multiple projects for a range of fall protection systems. Produce job packs for installations and service including load lists, RAMS and safe work systems. Provide marked up drawings to ensure installations are completed accurately. Regularly liaise with clients providing excellent customer service. Conduct site visits to carry out quality checks and audits. Manage stock levels and ensure all installers have necessary stock/equipment. Manage approximately 30 Site Technicians. Resolve onsite issues in a timely and professional manner. Oversee projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £300,000. Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
Contracts / Project / Site Management experience within the fall protection or wind turbine market sector. Consideration for Site Supervisors / Foreman / Scheduler looking to advance. Experience within the building envelope or related market sectors is preferred. NEBOSH/IOSH qualified or willing to acquire. Comfortable working at height. IT literate (Microsoft Office). Strong people management skills. Excellent communication skills across all levels. Resilient individual capable of handling various issues.
