Maintenance Manager (Days Based)
£45,000 - £55,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Days Based + Progression + Additional Company Benefits
You will be based in or commutable from of the following locations:
Bury, Bolton, Radcliffe, Heywood, Rochdale, Prestwich, Eccles, Leigh . Other locations will also be considered commutable. Do you have previous experience as a maintenance manager or a maintenance supervisor and are looking for an autonomous role within an expanding and growing company? In this role you will work to lead the existing maintenance team and implement new systems and schedules across an ambitious and expanding FMCG manufacturing company. This role will suit an experienced maintenance manager looking for a new challenge or equally an engineering supervisor looking for a step up into management within a long-term permanent position. The Role:
Manage and develop the existing maintenance function of a specialist manufacturing business The role will be management focused but will require someone who can be hands-on with the equipment from time to time Implementing new systems, project management, continuous improvement, H&S, staff management and more Days based Monday – Friday with an early finish on a Friday Long term permanent position The Person:
Previous experience in a similar-level role Maintenance background Electrically biased skill set will be considered beneficial Previous experience in FMCG, food or a general manufacturing-based environment Looking for a long-term permanent position Job Type: Full-time Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Reference ID: 89303222
