We are urgently recruiting for an experienced payroller to join our client in Warwickshire, managing a monthly payroll of up to 350 employees. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end payroll cycle for both permanent and temporary employees. Updating records for new starters and leavers. Liaising with HMRC and handling RTI processes. Processing company sickness and statutory payments (SMP/SSP/SSP). Registering new employees with their pension provider. Handling payroll-related queries. Processing expenses and producing nominal accounts reports. Conducting period-end processing, including the production of P32s and payment requests to accounts. Producing reports related to PAYE and pensions, and arranging payments to third-party agencies. Managing P32 and P11D processes. Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a monthly payroll of up to 350 employees. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. CIPP qualification or IAB Level 2 Diploma in Payroll is advantageous. Working knowledge of iTrent is preferred. Benefits:
