Responsibilities:
Provide first-class support as part of our helpdesk team
Troubleshoot technical issues across diverse systems
Collaborate closely with senior technicians on complex matters
Technical Skills Required:
365 and Exchange
Azure AD/Entra
Server support
Networking knowledge (desirable)
Service desk experience
