Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity near Dudley? We're on the lookout for a Home Manager to take on a state-of-the-art nursing home. This exciting role offers the opportunity to grow a dedicated team in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort for residents.

As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a salary of up to £80,000 plus a bonus, private healthcare cover, and you'll be entitled to 25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays, and a contributory pension scheme.

Our client operates top-tier care homes across the UK. They're dedicated to creating a homely and supportive environment for residents, with a proven focus on staff engagement and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of care within a large nursing home, from budgeting and staffing to maintaining compliance with CIW standards and regulations. Utilising your clinical background and active NMC Pin to uphold evidence-based practice. Demonstrating excellent commercial awareness, ideally within the care industry. Multi-tasking and prioritising effectively to improve care quality.

Package and Benefits:

A competitive salary, up to £80,000 negotiable based on experience. A lucrative annual bonus scheme. A contributory pension scheme. 35 days of annual leave.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven management experience at a similar level within a care home. Good understanding of CQC regulations. An active NMC Pin and a clinical background is desirable. Excellent management skills to manage large teams. The ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
