Residential Property Fee–Earner Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a friendly and supportive team in East Grinstead.

About the Role: You will manage a variety of residential property conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions. This is a client–facing role where you'll liaise with estate agents, financial advisors, and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of residential property transactions. Liaising with estate agents and financial advisors regularly. Explaining complex legal matters to clients in a clear, accessible way. Managing financial aspects, including cash flow, billing, and collections. Preparing accurate conveyancing quotations and meeting agreed targets. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Participating in marketing, networking, and business development activities. Desirable:

Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential. Skills and Qualifications: Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive:

5+ years PQE Solicitor:

3+ years PQE Proven experience in residential property conveyancing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and the ability to meet deadlines.
