Role Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with diverse needs. Assist in and outside the classroom to support development. Lead targeted interventions to boost confidence and achievement. Collaborate with staff and external professionals on learning strategies. Support behaviour management and foster a positive environment. Deliver patient and proactive support for SEND pupils.

Ideal Candidate: Holds a 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a UK university. Has experience working with children (voluntary or paid). Confident in behaviour management and classroom support. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about supporting SEND pupils.
