REQUIREMENTS:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential, or equivalent Demonstrate commitment to continuing personal development Previous experience in a deputy manager or registered manager role in a Residential Children's Care Setting Experience working with children, young people, and their families Experience working in a residential setting Enhanced DBS SALARY
