Key Stage 4 Pastoral Practitioner Job Type: Permanent Salary: Grade D, Scale pt 3 - 4 (£25,992 – £28,624 FTE per annum, Actual salary £22,415 - £24,684 per annum) Hours of work: 37 hours per week x 39 weeks per year (Term time plus 1 week) Application Deadline: Sunday 26th January 2025 We are now recruiting for a Key Stage 4 Pastoral Practitioner who can support the needs of our pupils within the key stage 4 year groups. Working alongside the Head of Year, you will provide support and guidance for our students, ensuring their well-being, personal development, and a positive educational experience. The successful candidate should have a passion and commitment for working with young people, be able to demonstrate their ability to establish excellent relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, and work well within a team.
