What You ll Bring Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/looking to up skill). Experience: At least 2 years as a Children s Residential Manager Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children s care legislation.
