Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to enhance their wellbeing Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties Document and report any changes in clients' health or behaviours to senior staff members Participate in training and development opportunities to improve care skills and knowledge Requirements Previous experience in a UK care setting is essential Must possess a compassionate and patient demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of basic healthcare principles and practices is a plus Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to health and safety regulations Benefits Pay rates start from 12.20 per hour Weekly pay Flexible working patterns Free DBS Free uniform Friendly local office Holiday pay accrued weekly Weekday/Weekend work Possible permanent position Pension scheme
