Join Our Team as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker! Ensure the day-to-day management is facilitated professionally and competently, supporting the Service Manager in providing the highest quality care. Lead a team and collaborate with other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support tailored to each child. Record events and observations, prepare progress reports, and implement care plans and records. Act as a positive role model to colleagues and children, meeting their everyday living needs and developing trusting relationships that foster recovery, growth, and lasting change. Requirements: A minimum of 12 months' experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models. Excellent communication skills, naturally caring, flexible, and resilient. Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People. Ability to work flexibly, covering long day shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
