9-5pm Hybrid after training
Responsibilities:
Supporting on all incoming customer queries via phone and email Managing the group inbox ensuring all correspondence are responded to within set SLA Administration on the CRM Adding new customers, updating existing customer details such as address, contact detail etc. Ensuring all communications are logged Support with setting up users on the portal for access to online data Organising training sessions for new users
Skills:
Ability to adapt easily; each customer will have different queries Professional, personable, and approachable mannerism Highly organised; this is a busy, fast-paced environment Experience within a corporate administration setting
