We re Hiring: EWIS Technical Leader Are you passionate about driving innovation in aircraft systems? Join us as an EWIS Technical Leader and help shape the future of aerospace with cutting-edge Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS)! What You ll Do : Lead the technological road map for future aircraft programs, focusing on EWIS solutions. Design, prototype, and implement innovative components, working closely with industry-leading partners and clients. Manage a team of designers, guiding technical activities and validating their deliverables. Collaborate with a Program Manager to ensure project milestones are met and report progress to senior management. Draft and conduct test campaigns to push the boundaries of current technologies. Contribute to our patent filing initiatives and help drive the innovation agenda. What We re Looking For : Proven background in R&T development, especially with TRL frameworks. Strong knowledge of EWIS standards and hands-on experience with CATIAV5 and/or 3DExperience. Experience leading teams and overseeing the entire design process from concept to delivery.
