Planner

to join our dynamic team, playing a key role in planning and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning:

Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using software tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with contract requirements. Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather data, monitor progress, and identify dependencies and constraints. Resource Allocation:

Work closely with the team to ensure resources (labour, materials, and equipment) are allocated effectively to meet project deadlines. Critical Path Analysis:

Identify critical path activities and provide solutions to mitigate delays, optimizing project delivery timelines. Progress Monitoring:

Track project milestones, assess performance against the baseline program, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Risk Management:

Analyze potential project risks and delays, proposing corrective actions to maintain project objectives. Stakeholder Communication:

Provide clear updates on project progress, key milestones, and potential challenges to clients and internal stakeholders. Compliance:

Ensure all planning activities adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and health & safety requirements. Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Planner, preferably in MEICA or water infrastructure projects. Proficient in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and project management principles. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with NEC or similar contract frameworks. Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field (desirable). Knowledge of water industry standards and practices is a strong advantage. What We Offer
