Commutable from Hull, Leeds, Doncaster, York, Lincoln, Grimsby, Selby, Beverley, Scarborough, Rotherham, Scunthorpe, Harrogate SALARY AND BENEFITS:
£42,500 - £44,700 Access to car lease scheme Generous annual leave starting at 28-30 days holiday plus BH's Public Sector Pension scheme Relocation package up to £8k Health Cash Plan Flexi working and condensed working - 37 hours per week Hybrid role - minimum 1 day per week in the office THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our forward-thinking Public Sector client. You will work on exciting projects as part of a multi-discipline team focused on Capital Projects. The working hours are 37 hours per week, with genuine flexible working arrangements available, including the opportunity to work a 9-day fortnight with a day off every other week. This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the office 1 day per week. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in the entire design process, providing technical advice on costing and conducting feasibility studies. There is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work towards Chartership if this is of interest. YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on either Buildings or Civils projects Minimum NVQ Level 4 / HNC/HND level qualification in a relevant Construction/Quantity Surveying qualification Experience of NEC contract procedures Experience of managing construction budgets Full driving licence To find out more about the Senior Quantity Surveyor role, please contact Steve Ball on the number provided.
