Experience:
10+ years as a QS, with knowledge of Reinforced Concrete Frames and Structures.
Responsibilities: Liaise with Pre-con and Construction teams to build-up and review Tenders. Evaluate and act upon tender information and develop an appropriate bid/procurement strategy with other members of the team. Obtain quotes and procure materials, suppliers & sub-contractors. Competent in estimating. Prepare BQs and take-offs. Prepare and deliver CVRs to Senior Management. Project cost control. Manage project-specific financials, from reviewing contracts to final account stage. Knowledge and experience working with NEC & JCT contracts. Deal with contractual and legal matters that arise on the projects. Liaise with clients on a regular basis to secure future projects. Salary:
Competitive salary and benefits package (TBC depending on experience, up to £75k Basic)
