Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in office management software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organised workspace Manage incoming calls and maintain professional phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Assist with bookkeeping duties Maintain and update office records, files, and databases Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed Support the team with clerical tasks, including document preparation and correspondence Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations Assist in the onboarding process for new employees Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers If you are a proactive individual with a passion for office administration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
