As a Product and Technical Support Specialist, you will be helping our customers from all over the world get the best from their Bose products by troubleshooting their problems and guiding them through how to solve them. From start to finish, your day will be about engaging with our customers and ensuring we are giving them the legendary Bose customer experience. Using a variety of tools and resources, you will help quickly identify the cause of the problem and guide them through the process every step of the way. At Bose, the customer is everything to us, but our employees are just as important. We provide all the training and support that you will need, from in-depth technical training to customer service training, ensuring you become an expert in no time.
