Job Purpose: Be part of an exciting initiative to build a world-class Enterprise Change team. We are expanding with 18 new permanent roles, including 6 Business Analysts at different levels of experience. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering strategic and transformational projects across TMHCC, helping the organisation lead the way in the London Market. As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll ensure TMHCC stays ahead of industry trends and remains a driving force for innovation and improvement within the insurance sector. You will be involved and leading on various projects across key areas such as: Regulatory & Compliance projects Operational & Business Process improvement System Implementations Infrastructure upgrades Data migrations Key Responsibilities: Effectively builds a comprehensive understanding of TMHCC’s business strategy, drivers, and capabilities, aligning analysis efforts with broader organisational goals. Works closely with senior stakeholders to shape business visions and strategies, leveraging strategic analyses, feasibility studies, and well-crafted business cases to guide decision-making. Utilises strong analytical skills to support the scoping and setup of new business change projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from the outset. Defines and champions the appropriate business analysis approach for each project, securing stakeholder agreement and maintaining adherence to best practices and standards. Proactively engages with stakeholders at all levels to understand the business landscape, expertly eliciting requirements to drive effective and strategic project outcomes. Skills and Experience Specification: Heavy depth of Business Analysis technical knowledge – requirements definition, processes, data, agile/waterfall methods with the ability to pick up the most complex programmes. You should have experience working on 5 or more projects, several involving high complexity or large-scale transformation Demonstrable experience of eliciting requirements in a number of different ways through to planning and monitoring and be able to adapt your approach in line with requirements Requirements management and custodianship being able to show that you can trace and prioritise accordingly and represent business requirements in testing For this level role you will need experience leading other BAs through project/programme structures These skills must ideally have been developed within London Market, General Insurance or the wider financial services industry Personal Specification: Passionate Business Analyst: dedicated to driving impactful business solutions through structured analysis and strategic change initiatives.
