Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of audit plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and meticulous attention to detail. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance and engagement. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit and financial reporting matters. Drive innovation in audit processes, leveraging the latest technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the strategic direction of the audit practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and have substantial experience in audit within a practice environment. A proven track record of managing a sizeable client portfolio, coupled with the ability to lead and mentor a team, is essential. Existing experience at the Senior Manager level is important with the ability to drive teams and delegate where necessary. Your strategic thinking and excellent communication skills will enable you to influence at all levels and contribute to the success of the firm. Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP and Financial Reporting requirements.
